RETURN POLICY

GERNIC return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website on www.gernic.co.za.

 

THE ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL UNUSED OR UNOPENED CONDITION TO BE RETURNED, UNLESS THERE IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT.

The product must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. GERNIC must be informed immediately of any manufacture defects. Please email info@gernic.co.za to request a refund.

Email the returned item to: (Buyer does pay for return shipping on manufacture defect) GERNIC address, South Africa. Include in the package a signed letter stating the reason for the return and the original receipt. Item returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee when they are considered NON-DEFECTIVE.

 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED IF THEY ARE OPENED. MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN WORN, USED, OPENED, OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Customers are required to send an email to info@gernic.co.za. Please provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number), specify the product that is defective, and describe the nature of the defect.

Return Deadline: The defective product must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. This timeframe is important because it ensures that the return process occurs promptly after the purchase.

Refund Details: Gernic offers a refund for the defective product. However, be advised that the cost of returning the product (shipping or other costs) will be borne by the customer. This means the customer needs to cover the expenses associated with returning the item.
